Comment: I have truly enjoyed knowing several of my classmates since 1948 when I started school at Mercer.  It has been terrific to continue these friendships through life and adding new ones in high school.  The reunions have been great!  I appreciate all those who contribute to make all parts of them successful.

Comment: Concord College '64, degrees in Home Ec. & Library Science.  Retired from teaching 11 years ago.  Husband (Sy) & I enjoy traveling; playing bridge; cooking and entertaining; gardening and walks on the beach near our home.  I have 3 children, 2 step-sons, and 6 grandchildren, to be 7 in August.



The ONLY thing that would make me miss our 50th reunion is being in the middle of 6 rounds of chemo which weakens my immune system too much to travel.  I look very much forward to seeing you in another 5 years at our 55th.  Meanwhile, I look forward to hearing about your current lives in our Reunion Book and seeing pictures of this summer's reunion.  Have a ball in the beautiful mountains of Pipestem and I'll miss seeing you.
